TICKETS

Purchase Tickets On-Line: We proudly offer a secure web ticketing system, which will process your request through Verisign. Master Card & Visa accepted ONLY.

Reserve Tickets: For a particular show, please call 201.216.8937 or send e-mail to BoxOffice@debaun.org and note your name, which show you are interested in, the date of the show and how many tickets you would like. All tickets will be held at the door with your name and can be paid for with cash, check (made out to Stevens Institute of Technology), or credit card (Visa or Master Card ONLY) when you arrive.

Snow Cancellation Policy: As soon as it has been determined by our show's producer that the weather is indeed unsafe for our audience, cast and crew to travel to the show, we will post the information on the main page of our website as well as on the box office reservation line at 201.216.8937, mailbox #1. If the show is canceled, all pre-purchased tickets will be fully refunded.

General Information: Tickets are available for pick-up one hour before curtain. The doors open approximately 1/2 hour before curtain.

Seating is general admission, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations or changes must be made by calling 201.216.8937 or e-mailing BoxOffice@debaun.org no later than twenty-four hours before the event.


Information for the Physically Challenged: Handicapped AccessableDeBaun Auditorium is designed to accommodate the physically challenged, including:

  • Wheelchair access to the building by the rear entrance, and elevator access to the balcony.
  • Wheelchair seating in the front and back rows of the orchestra, and the back row of the balcony.
  • All bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
  • Assistive Listening devices available (at no cost) during most productions.

DeBaun's ADA Advisory Council is currently discussing further plans and programming for the physically challenged. Contact our Technical Director Carl Russell with any suggestions or comments.
