RENTAL FEES

STEVENS ORGANIZATION & DEPARTMENT FEES
♦ $20.00 per hour per staff member labor fee
♦ $50.00 general cleaning fee

ADDITIONAL FEES ADDED ON BASED ON NEED/REQUEST AT TIME OF CONTRACTING
• $150.00 Steinway Grand B piano (including tuning and restocking)
• $75.00 Steinway Grand B piano (restocking fee only, no tuning)
• $50.00 electric piano

HUDSON COUNTY NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FEES
♦ $900.00 per performance or event
♦ $50.00 per hour rehearsal fee (both technical and non-technical)
♦ $50.00 per hour technical and staging set up
♦ $50.00 general cleaning fee

ADDITIONAL FEES ADDED ON BASED ON NEED/REQUEST AT TIME OF CONTRACTING
• $150.00 Steinway Grand B piano (including tuning and restocking)
• $75.00 Steinway Grand B piano (restocking fee only, no tuning)
• $50.00 electric piano
• $150.00 for Box Office support (including reservations, tickets and clerk on day of show)
• $100.00 air conditioning service charge for off-season, weekend events (June through Aug.)
